TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please be aware that we offer professional Traditional Thai Massage therapies only. To protect our staff, and to avoid embarrassment or offence, any inappropriate behaviour, including sexually suggestive comments or advances, will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund. Law enforcement may also be notified.

Online Bookings

​

CANCELLATIONS - Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a booking at Napa Thai Massage. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of any payments made; such payments will not be refundable or transferable. Cancellations may be made via email or by Napa Thai Massage dedicated chat service.

CHANGES - Changes to a booking can only be made up to 48 hours’ prior to the booking and only if slots are available; if changes cannot be made the booking will be cancelled and payment refunded. Changes may be made via email or by Napa Thai Massage dedicated chat service.

NO-SHOWS – No-shows will result in the forfeiture of any payments made; such payments will not be refundable or transferable.

 

BOOKINGS – Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the desired appointment time. For bookings within 24 hours, please contact Napa Thai Massage via email or through our dedicated chat service.

 

REFUNDS – To request a refund, please submit a written request via email to Napa Thai Massage or through our dedicated chat service. Refunds are available only if requested at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted at Napa Thai Massage’s discretion. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card and will not be issued in cash.

 

Napa Thai Massage reserves the right to cancel bookings without prior notice. Efforts will always be made to communicate any significant changes to registered clients in advance.

 

Allergens and Medical Requirements

 

ALLERGIES - Napa Thai Massage uses oils, lotions and other materials that may contain common allergens. Customers with allergies or specific intolerances should contact Napa Thai Massage for allergen information before booking. While we strive to accommodate our client’s needs, we cannot guarantee that materials used on our premises will be free from all allergens.

 

PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS - Clients are responsible for informing Napa Thai Massage of any physical restrictions or limitations prior to the beginning of their booking. Changes to accommodate individual physical needs cannot always be guaranteed. It is always advisable to seek medical advice prior to booking if you have any medical conditions.

 

MEDICAL CONDITIONS - Unfortunately Napa Thai Massage cannot offer massage services to people with certain medical conditions such as infectious skin diseases, open wounds, or recent surgery, please inform Napa Thai Massage prior to booking.

 

PRENATAL MASSAGE - While we do provide prenatal massage to pregnant mothers we advise that medical advice is taken prior to booking.

Liability, Hygiene and Safety

​

VALUABLES - Please secure your valuables before entering the massage room. Napa Thai Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

HYGIENE - Clients must have a good level of personal hygiene prior to the start of the booking. Clients must also wear sensible loose clothing, suitable for easy movement. Napa Thai Massage will provide disposable underwear if required but will not be responsible for damage to personal clothing.

 

Acknowledgment of Risk

 

By booking Napa Thai Massage, I acknowledge the inherent risks of personal injury involved in Traditional Thai Massage, Relaxing Oil Massage, Foot Massage and Foot Massage with Pedicure. I agree to undertake these activities at my own risk and confirm that I am physically able to participate without undue risk to myself or others.

Indemnity

 

To the extent permitted by law, clients agree to release and hold harmless Napa Thai Massage, its employees and service providers, from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from personal injury incurred during participation in a booking with Napa Thai Massage, except in cases of negligence.

eGift Cards

​

Purchase

​

  • eGift Cards are issued in denominations of £25, £50, £100, £150 or £200

  • eGift Cards contain: The recipient email address, the recipient name, delivery date and a personal message to the recipient.

  • eGift Cards can be emailed to either a recipient or to the purchaser.

  • When the ‘Buy Now’ button is pressed and the purchaser completes payment the eGift Card it will be sent to the email address entered on the form.

 

Redemption

 

  • During the online booking process for any of Napa Thai Massage treatments the eGift Card may be used as payment, or part payment, during the payment process by selecting the ‘Redeem a gift card' option and entering their unique gift card code.

  • The eGift Card may be used in printed form in our premises for payment or part payment of a booking. 

  • If the price of the booking is more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using regular payment methods.

  • eGift Cards are Non-Refundable and Non-Convertible:

  • eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

Validity and Usage

 

  • The card is valid for the recipient’s name only, unless explicitly permitted for a family member.

  • The card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • It cannot be used after expiration unless an extension is explicitly authorized by Napa Thai Massage.

 

Lost or Stolen Cards

 

  • The eGift Card may be replaced if lost or stolen. Please contact Napa Thai Massage by email or by dedicated Napa Thai Massage chat service to reissue your eGift Card.
